5. Levent

Developed by Torunlar GYO in partnership with KİPTAŞ, 5. Levent is a self-contained neighborhood in Güzeltepe, Eyüpsultan, on Istanbul's European side, beside the Alibeyköy rail line and the Kağıthane–Cendere business axis. Completed in 2017, it delivers around 2,294 residences in 1+1 to 4+1 layouts, set among more than 2,000 trees and themed gardens.
